Jeremy

Jeremy is a true underground artist. Pilgrim's Journey was his first CD for Kinesis, followed two years later by Celestial City. Although new to many, Pilgrim's Journey and Celestial City are Jeremy's 15th and 16th albums respectively!

From a musical family, Jeremy began playing piano at age six. At age 13, he bought his first guitar and began collecting albums. By age 15, Jeremy was playing out regularly in various local rock bands. This was during the time of progressive rock’s birth.

The turning point came when his father helped him build a home recording studio. Many hours were spent writing and recording. This eventually led to the formation of JAM Records, Jeremy’s own independent label, its purpose to ensure artistic freedom.

Today, Jeremy works out of home, still writing and recording with longtime friend and drummer Dave Dietrich. A family man, Jeremy spends much of his time with his wife Katherine and five children. He still performs live, and has veered away from cover tunes to concentrate on original music.

When it comes to progressive rock, Jeremy’s main influences include Genesis, Camel, Tangerine Dream, Barclay James Harvest, Pink Floyd, Kayak, and The Moody Blues. His favorite guitarists are Steve Hackett, Gordon Giltrap, Anthony Phillips, David Gilmour, and Joe Satriani.
